| Wernicke脑病是Vit B1缺乏引起的急性代谢性脑病。我们报道了一名患儿在肠道手术后的麻醉苏醒期发生急性Wernicke脑病。该患儿在麻醉苏醒期突发眼部症状和意识障碍，由于麻醉药物残余作用的干扰，加之麻醉医师对该病认识不足，未能诊断出该病。术后头颅MRI检查提示该病，及时给与Vit B1治疗后临床症状得到改善。本文对该病例的临床资料进行了详细的回顾性分析，并总结了该病相关文献，旨在提高麻醉医师对本病的认识,减少漏诊和误诊。 |

| Wernicke"s encephalopathy is an acute metabolic encephalopathy as a result of vitamin B1 deficiency. We report a case of acute Wernicke"s encephalopathy in a child during anesthesia recovery period after intestinal surgery. The patient presented with ocular symptoms and impaired consciousness during anesthesia emergence .The disease was not diagnosed timely and accurately due to the interference of anesthetic drugs and lack of awareness of the disease. Postoperative cranial MRI examination suggested the Wernicke"s encephalopathy, and the clinical symptoms improved after timely treatment with Vit B1. In this paper, we conducted a detailed retrospective analysis of the clinical data of this case and summarized the relevant literature on this disease, aiming to improve the anesthesiologists" understanding of this disease and reduce the omission and misdiagnosis. |
