| 摘要：随着加速康复外科（Enhanced Recovery After Surgery, ERAS）理念的深入，围术期多模式管理在麻醉领域的应用，以降低患者围术期应激，减少术后并发症，促进患者术后早期恢复为目的的临床技术及应用逐渐受到关注。而经皮穴位电刺激结合经皮神经电刺激和针灸穴位，作为一种新型穴位刺激技术，其与ERAS理念及多模式麻醉管理相契合，在降低机体应激、提升术后恢复质量、减少术后并发症中具有显著效果。本文旨在对国内外近年来的研究进行总结，就经皮穴位电刺激在术后早期恢复中的研究进展进行综述，为优化围术期麻醉管理提供依据。 |

| Abstract: With the deepening of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery, the application of perioperative multimodal management in the field of anesthesia, clinical techniques and applications aimed at reducing perioperative stress, reducing postoperative complications, and promoting early postoperative recovery of patients have gradually attracted attention. Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation is a new acupoint stimulation technology percutaneous nerve stimulation which combined with acupuncture points, is in line with the surgical concept of ERAS and multimodal anesthesia management, and has significant effects in reducing stress, improving postoperative recovery quality, and reducing postoperative complications. This article aims to summarize recent studies at home and abroad, review the research progress of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in early postoperative recovery, and provide a basis for optimizing perioperative anesthesia management. |
