      慢性疼痛是备受关注的公共健康问题之一,我国超过30%的人群受到慢性疼痛的影响,其发病机制是疼痛医学研究的热点与难点。中枢神经系统中固有的小胶质细胞在外界微环境改变时发生极化以及随之产生的神经炎症反应在慢性疼痛中至关重要。小胶质细胞在神经炎症反应过程中可极化为促炎M1型或抗炎M2型,分别在神经系统中发挥神经毒性或神经保护作用。本文拟对小胶质细胞极化的主要机制及其参与慢性疼痛过程的机制进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Chronic pain has been a prominent public health issue in China for years, affecting over 30% of the population. The mechanism of chronic pain has always been a controversial and difficult topic of pain medicine research. The polarization of microglia inherent in the central nervous system when the external microenvironment changes and the subsequent neuroinflammatory response are critical in chronic pain. Microglia can polarize into pro-inflammatory M1 or anti-inflammatory M2 phenotypes during neuroinflammatory reactions, exerting neurotoxic or neuroprotective effects in the nervous system, respectively. The aim of the article is proposed to provide an overview of the main mechanisms of microglial polarization andhow it might contribute to chronic pain.
