      麻醉科教学查房作为住院医师规范化培训中的核心环节，在临床能力培养和职业素养塑造方面发挥着关键作用。然而，麻醉科教学查房长期面临标准化建设不足的困境，尽管2024年颁布了《住院医师规范化培训麻醉科专业教学查房实施指引（2024年版）》，但各麻醉培训基地在实施过程中仍存在执行标准偏差，实施效能欠佳等共性问题。本文基于教学查房质量提升视角，系统剖析了当前麻醉科教学查房的常见问题，结合本院标准化查房体系的建设经验，从多维度提出针对性的改进措施。
英文摘要:
      As the core of the standardized training of residents, the teaching ward rounds of anesthesiology department play a key role in the cultivation of clinical ability and professional quality. However, anesthesiology teaching ward rounds have long been faced with the dilemma of insufficient standardization construction. Despite the promulgation of the implementation guidelines for anesthesiology professional teaching ward rounds for standardized training of residents (2024 edition), common problems such as standard deviation and poor implementation efficiency still exist in the implementation process of anesthesia training bases. Based on the perspective of improving the quality of teaching ward rounds, this paper systematically analyzed the prevalent problems of teaching ward rounds in the department of anesthesiology, combined with the construction experience of a standardized rounding system in our hospital, and proposed targeted improvement measures from multiple dimensions.
