| 围术期血流动力学监测方式日趋多样化,其中Swan-Ganz导管和经食管超声心动图(TEE)作为两种重要的监测工具,在临床实践中被广泛应用。Swan-Ganz导管以直接测量血流动力学参数见长,TEE则以实时成像能力观察心脏结构和血流变化为优势。两者在血流动力学监测中,存在一定的交集和联合应用。本文就Swan-Ganz导管与TEE用于围术期血流动力学监测领域的各自擅长、相互替代及联合应用的价值进行综述,以期为围术期患者的血流动力学管理提供参考。 |

| With the increasing diversity of perioperative hemodynamic monitoring techniques, the Swan-Ganz catheter and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) have become two essential tools widely used in clinical practice. The Swan-Ganz catheter excels in direct measurement of hemodynamic parameters, while TEE provides real-time imaging of cardiac structures and blood flow dynamics. These two modalities share some overlap in hemodynamic monitoring and have complementary applications when used together. This review summarizes the respective strengths of the Swan-Ganz catheter and TEE in perioperative hemodynamic monitoring, their potential for substitution, and the value of their combined use, aiming to provide guidance for perioperative hemodynamic management. |
