| 腹腔镜手术具有微创性、术后恢复快等优势,但其引发的术后肩痛、膈下痛和肋间痛等非切口部位疼痛(NIP)发生率很高,既加重患者痛苦,又严重影响患者术后康复质量和满意度。NIP可能与CO2气腹刺激膈神经、导致组织创伤及内脏韧带被牵拉等有关,且受体位、气腹压及腹腔残留气体等因素影响,尽管临床防治措施众多,但效果不佳。本文通过对腹腔镜术后NIP的临床防治措施的研究进展进行综述,以期为促进腹腔镜手术患者快速康复提供参考。 |

| Laparoscopic surgery, characterized by its minimally invasive nature and rapid postoperative recovery, is associated with a high incidence of non-incisional pain (NIP) such as shoulder pain, subdiaphragmatic pain, and intercostal pain. These complications exacerbate patient discomfort and significantly impair postoperative rehabilitation outcomes and satisfaction. NIP may arise from CO2 pneumoperitoneum-induced phrenic nerve irritation, tissue trauma, stretching of visceral ligaments, and is further influenced by factors such as patient positioning, intra-abdominal pressure, and residual gas retention. Despite the availability of various clinical prevention and treatment strategies, their efficacy remains suboptimal. This article reviews recent progress on clinical prevention and treatment of post-laparoscopic NIP, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical promotion of rapid recovery after surgery. |
