| 术后深静脉血栓（DVT）是围术期发病率较高的并发症之一，严重威胁患者的生命安全和生存质量。近年来，中医有关术后DVT的理论研究与理论指导下的临床防治均取得了一定进展，理论上主要从虚、瘀、凝三方面阐述，防治上从培元益气、清热化瘀、温经散寒三方面着手。在中医理论指导下的术后DVT防治效果已得到广泛共识。中医防治术后DVT不仅注重局部病变的干预，更重视全身气血的调和与恢复。本文对近年来有关术后DVT的中医理论研究与临床防治进展作一综述，旨在为术后DVT的预防与治疗开辟新的途径，探索更安全、有效及更加完善的方法，以期为中西医结合防治模式提供新的参考。 |

| Postoperative deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is one of the most prevalent perioperative complications, posing a serious threat to patients' lives and quality of life. In recent years, both theoretical research and clinically guided prevention and treatment of postoperative DVT based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) have made significant progress. Theoretically, it is primarily explained from three aspects: deficiency, stasis, and coagulation. Prevention and treatment focus on three approaches: nourishing the essence and boosting qi, clearing heat and resolving stasis, and warming the meridians and dispelling cold. The efficacy of postoperative DVT prevention and treatment guided by TCM theory has gained widespread recognition. TCM prevention and treatment of postoperative DVT emphasizes not only local intervention but also the harmonization and restoration of systemic qi and blood. This review summarizes recent advances in TCM theoretical research and clinical prevention/treatment of postoperative DVT, aiming to explore new pathways for its prevention and treatment. This review seeks to identify safer, more effective, and comprehensive methods, thereby providing new theoretical foundations and clinical support for integrated Chinese and Western medicine prevention and treatment models. |
