| 抑郁症是一种发病率高、自杀风险大的慢性精神疾病,严重危害患者身心健康。氯胺酮作为一种在临床上广泛使用的全身麻醉药,具有快速有效抗抑郁作用。氯胺酮抗抑郁作用与免疫系统稳态密切相关,本文就免疫系统稳态在氯胺酮抗抑郁中的作用及机制进行综述,以期为抑郁症患者的治疗提供参考。 |

| Depression is a chronic mental disorder with high prevalence and risk of suicide, which seriously endangers human physical and mental health. Ketamine, a widely used general anesthetic, has recently been found to exert rapid and powerful antidepressant effects. Emerging evidence suggests a close link between the antidepressant effect of ketamine and homeostasis of the immune system. Therefore, this review aims to explore the role and mechanism of immune system homeostasis in the antidepressant effect of ketamine, providing valuable insights for the treatment of patients with depression. |
