| 镇静及麻醉下消化内镜诊疗已广泛开展，2023年我国镇静及麻醉消化内镜占比达63.1%。为规范临床实践、提升医疗质量安全，国家消化内科专业医疗质量控制中心联合国家麻醉专业医疗质量控制中心等制订了《消化内镜诊疗镇静及麻醉管理中国指南（2026版）》。该指南围绕24个临床问题形成41条推荐意见。本文从消化内镜医师视角，就消化内镜中心建设与设备设施配置、镇静麻醉术前评估、方式选择、围术期并发症防治、术后宣教与离院管理等关键环节中消化内镜医师发挥的作用，特别是如何与麻醉科医师做好配合，进行了解读与说明。本文旨在促进指南理解与应用，加强多学科协作，提升诊疗安全性与患者舒适度。 |

| Sedated gastrointestinal endoscopy has been widely adopted, accounting for 63.1% of all endoscopic procedures in China in 2023. To standardize clinical practice and improve healthcare quality and safety, the National Gastroenterology Quality Improvement System, together with the National Center of Anesthesia Quality Assurance and other organizations, formulated the Chinese guidelines for sedation and anesthesia management in gastrointestinal endoscopy (2026 edition). The guidelines address 24 key clinical questions and provide 41 recommendations. From the perspective of digestive endoscopists, this article interprets and explains the role of endoscopists in key aspects including endoscopic center construction and equipment requirements, preoperative assessment for sedation and anesthesia, selection of sedation/anesthesia strategies, prevention and management of perioperative complications, and postprocedural education and discharge management, with a particular focus on how to effectively collaborate with anesthesiologists. This interpretation aims to facilitate understanding and implementation of the guidelines, enhance multidisciplinary collaboration, and improve procedural safety and patient comfort. |
