      术后早期恢复质量作为患者住院期间的重要评估指标,其优化对缩短住院时间、降低并发症风险具有重要临床意义。随着人口老龄化的加剧及患者对医疗质量需求的提高,探索安全有效的加速术后康复策略已成为临床医疗领域的关注热点。超声引导下星状神经节阻滞在加速术后康复方面展现出良好的应用前景,在提供有效镇痛的同时还能促进胃肠功能恢复、改善睡眠质量及预防认知功能障碍。本文围绕最新的循证医学证据,系统阐述了超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对术后早期恢复质量的作用机制及临床实践价值,为其在临床中的应用提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Early postoperative recovery quality serves as a critical metric for evaluating patient outcomes during hospitalization. Optimizing early postoperative recovery quality is of significant clinical importance for shortening hospital stays and reducing complication risks. With the accelerating aging population and increasing patient demands for healthcare quality, exploring safe and effective fast-track recovery strategies has become a focus in clinical practice. Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block has demonstrated promising potential in enhancing postoperative recovery, providing not only effective analgesia but also promoting gastrointestinal function recovery, improving sleep quality, and preventing cognitive dysfunction. Based on the latest evidence-based medicine, this review systematically elaborates on the regulatory mechanisms and clinical practical value of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in improving early postoperative recovery quality, offering a theoretical foundation for its clinical application.
