| 外周神经阻滞正逐渐成为老年患者围术期疼痛管理的重要手段之一。由于生理状态的变化及众多临床共病的存在，老年患者在接受神经阻滞后，由神经阻滞药引发的并发症依旧是临床中较为严重的不良事件。本文就老年患者接受神经阻滞后药物相关并发症及管理防治进展进行综述，为老年患者外周神经阻滞临床实践提供参考。 |

| Peripheral nerve block is becoming one of the important tools for perioperative pain management in elderlypatients. However, due to the changes of physiological state and the existence of many clinical comorbidities, there are characteristics of drug toxicity complications in elderly patients after nerve block. The author reviewed the progress of drug toxic-related complications, management and prevention after peripheral nerve block in elderly patients, and provided reference for clinical practice of peripheral nerve block in elderly patients. |
