髋关节手术是治疗髋关节疾病的重要方式,术后创伤与假体植入往往给患者带来剧烈疼痛。目前临床上多采用多模式镇痛缓解术后疼痛。髂腰肌平面阻滞(IPB)作为一种新兴的区域阻滞技术在髋关节手术的镇痛治疗中广泛应用。IPB具有显著的镇痛效果,且对下肢肌力无明显影响,有利于患者术后康复。本文将从IPB的解剖结构、实施方法以及临床应用等多个维度进行综述,旨在为IPB的临床应用提供参考。 |

Hip joint surgery is an essential method for treating hip diseases, but the trauma and prosthesis implantation after surgery often cause severe pain for patients. The current clinical practice adopts multimodal analgesia to relieve postoperative pain. Among them, the iliopsoas plane block (IPB), a new regional anesthesia technique, has been widely applied in analgesia treatment for hip joint surgery in recent years. IPB has not only been proven to have significant analgesic effects but also shows significant advantages in reducing the rate of lower limb muscle blockade, which benefit to postoperative rehabilitation for patients. Therefore, this review will comprehensively sort out the anatomical structure, blocking methods, and clinical applications of IPB, aiming to provide valuable guidance for clinical practice. |
