床旁超声具有无创、实时、便捷等特性,目前已成为麻醉科医师围术期管理的重要技术,但存在成像质量不稳定、技术依赖性强、培训周期长等问题。近年来,随着深度学习技术发展,人工智能在床旁超声中的应用愈发广泛。人工智能可以通过实时图像识别和判读、自动测量、引导机器人操作、辅助超声培训等多方面降低床旁超声的技术门槛,改善操作体验,促进床旁超声在麻醉领域的推广。本文对人工智能辅助超声技术在麻醉领域的应用进行综述,为床旁超声在麻醉科的广泛化、智能化应用提供参考,同时也为人工智能在麻醉超声领域的进一步发展提供新的思路。 |

Point-of-care ultrasound has the characteristics of non-invasive, real-time and convenient, and has become an important technology for the anesthesiologists in perioperative management. However, there are some problems such as unstable image quality, strong technical dependence, and long training cycles. In recent years, with the development of deep learning technology, the application of artificial intelligence in point-of-care ultrasound has become more and more extensive. It can reduce the technical threshold of point-of-care ultrasound through real-time image identification and interpretation, automatic measurement, guided robot operation, assisted ultrasound training. Also, it improves the operating experience and promotes point-of-care ultrasound in anesthesia. This article reviews the application of artificial intelligence-assisted ultrasound technology in anesthesia, provides a reference for the extensive and intelligent application of point-of-care ultrasound in the department of anesthesiology, and also provides a new idea for the further development of artificial intelligence in the field of anesthesia ultrasound. |
