| 围术期睡眠障碍在手术患者中患病率高达60%，不仅会增加术中麻醉药物用量，还会增加术后并发症的发生。经皮穴位电刺激安全、无创，可通过减轻围术期焦虑、抑制疼痛、减轻应激反应、免疫炎症反应、调节睡眠-觉醒周期等改善患者围术期睡眠质量，加速患者康复。本文通过综述经皮穴位电刺激改善围术期患者睡眠质量的相关机制和实施方法，为其临床应用提供参考。 |

| The prevalence of perioperative sleep disorders is as high as 60% in surgical patients, which not only increases the use of anesthesia drugs during surgery, but also increases the occurrence of postoperative complications. Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation is safe and non-invasive, and can improve perioperative sleep quality and accelerate recovery of patients by alleviating perioperative anxiety, inhibiting pain, alleviating stress response, immune inflammatory response, and regulating sleep-wake cycle. This article reviewed the mechanism of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation to improve the sleep quality of perioperative patients, and provided reference for its clinical application. |
