      γ-氨基丁酸能系统紊乱在神经退行性疾病的发生发展中起关键作用,主要涉及大脑中的兴奋与抑制信号失衡。兴奋与抑制信号的平衡是神经系统维持内稳态的基础,当这种平衡被打破时,可能会导致各种神经系统疾病的发展,如癫痫、围术期神经认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病等。深入理解兴奋与抑制信号平衡对于预防和治疗神经退行性疾病具有重要意义。本文就γ-氨基丁酸能系统紊乱与神经退行性疾病关系的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。
英文摘要:
      γ-Aminobutyric acid system disorder plays a crucial role in the development and progression of neurodegenerative diseases, primarily involving an imbalance of excitatory and inhibitory signals in the brain. The balance of excitatory and inhibitory signals may be fundamental to the homeostasis of the nervous system. Disruption of this balance can lead to the development of various neurological disorders, such as epilepsy, perioperative neurocognitive disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease. Understanding the balance of excitatory and inhibitory signals is vital for the prevention and treatment of these diseases. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between γ-aminobutyric acid system disorder and neurodegenerative diseases, in order to provide clinical reference.
