传统心脏手术通常采用大剂量长效阿片类药物作为围术期疼痛管理方案。近年来,随着加速康复外科管理策略的推广,多模式镇痛有望在心脏手术中实现这一目标。超声引导下区域神经阻滞技术是一种安全有效的镇痛策略,在心脏手术中展现出良好的应用前景,在提供有效镇痛的同时能够减少阿片类药物用量、促进术后早期拔管和加速术后康复。本文就心脏手术疼痛来源、区域神经阻滞技术在心脏手术中的应用,围绕循证医学依据进行综述,为临床应用提供参考。 |

Traditional cardiac surgery relies on high doses of long-acting opioids for perioperative pain management. Recently, the adoption of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) protocols has highlighted the benefits of multimodal analgesia in cardiac surgery. Ultrasound-guided regional nerve blocks have emerged as a safe and effective pain management strategy, showing significant promise in cardiac surgery. These techniques can provide excellent analgesia, reduce opioid consumption, facilitate early extubation, and accelerate postoperative recovery. This review explores the sources of pain in cardiac surgery and application of regional nerve block techniques in cardiac surgery, providing clinically supported evidence for practice. |
