| 局麻药的短暂作用限制了其在术后疼痛管理中的应用，所以延长局麻药作用时间是目前临床工作中急需解决的问题之一。局麻药联合佐剂用于药效的延长也存在安全隐患和效果不一致的问题。局麻药缓释剂不仅可以解决上述问题，还可以实现按需给药，减轻对人体的伤害。目前常见局麻药缓释材料中可注射水凝胶具有载药率高、可降解性、稳定缓释、操作简单等优势。可注射水凝胶作为局麻药的缓释材料，不仅可以缓慢释放药物，延长药物作用时间，提供更为持久的镇痛效果，还减少药物总用量，更为重要的是可注射水凝胶有助于减少局麻药物的不良反应，如心脏毒性和中枢神经性毒性。本文简要概述了可注射水凝胶用于常见局麻药缓释研究的最新进展。 |

| The short-lived effects of local anesthetics limit their use in postoperative pain management, so prolonging the duration of action of local anesthetics is one of the urgent issues in current clinical work. The use of local anesthetics in combination with adjuvants for prolonged efficacy is also associated with safety hazards and inconsistent results. Local anesthetic slow-release agents not only solve the above problems but also enable on-demand drug delivery and reduce the harm to the human body. Among the current common local anesthetic slow-release materials, injectable hydrogels have the advantages of high drug loading rate, degradability, stable slow-release, and simple operation. Injectable hydrogel as a slow-release material for local anesthetics not only releases the drug slowly, prolongs the duration of drug action, and provides longer-lasting analgesic effects, but also reduces the total amount of drug used, and more importantly, injectable hydrogel helps to minimize the adverse effects of local anesthetics, such as cardiotoxicity and central neurotoxicity. This article provides a brief overview of recent advances in the study of injectable hydrogels for the slow release of common local anaesthetics. |
