术后恶心呕吐(PONV)是全身麻醉后最常见的并发症之一。PONV不仅给患者带来不良体验,影响患者康复,还会延长患者住院时间、增加住院费用。除止吐药物外,穴位电刺激(EAS)作为减少PONV发生的预防方案已广泛应用于临床。目前,EAS的作用机制、最适刺激参数以及与药物联合的效果尚未得到充分阐明。本文就EAS预防PONV的刺激参数、有效性、安全性及其作用机制进行综述,以期为未来的研究提供参考及新思路。 |

Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a common complication of general anesthesia. PONV makes negative influence on recovery and prolongs hospital stays. In addition toantiemetic prophylaxis, electrical acupoint stimulation (EAS) has been widely applied in clinical scenario and significantly reduces PONV incidence, but its mechanism, stimulation parameters, and combined efficacy with pharmacological strategy remain unclear. This article reviews the stimulation parameters, efficacy, safety, and mechanism of EAS for PONV prevention. This review aims to provide insights for future studies. |
