| 随着术后加速康复（ERAS）理念的深入，以降低患者围术期应激、减少术后并发症、促进患者术后早期恢复为目标的临床技术及应用逐渐受到关注。经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）作为一种新型的结合经皮神经电刺激和针灸穴位的技术，在降低机体应激、提升术后恢复质量、减少术后并发症方面具有显著效果。本文通过对近年来国内外TEAS对术后早期恢复影响的研究进展进行综述，为优化围术期麻醉管理提供参考。 |

| With the deepening of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS）， clinical techniques and applications aimed at reducing perioperative stress， reducing postoperative complications， and promoting early postoperative recovery have gradually attracted attention. Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation （TEAS）， as a new type of combination of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and acupuncture acupoint technology， has significant effects in reducing body stress， improving the quality of postoperative recovery， and reducing postoperative complications. The purpose of this article is to review the research progress of TEAS in early postoperative recovery at home and abroad in recent years， so as to provide a reference for optimizing perioperative anesthesia management． |
