目的：系统评价针刺治疗术后胃瘫综合征的有效性。
方法：计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库，纳入针刺治疗术后胃瘫综合征的随机对照研究（RCT），检索时间为从建库至2023年5月，采用RevMan 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。
结果：共纳入15篇RCTs，患者1 072例，其中针刺组545例，对照组527例。与对照组比较，针刺组治疗总有效率明显升高（RR=1.17，95%CI 1.08～1.27，P＜0.01），术后胃泌素（SMD=1.86，95%CI 1.40～2.32，P＜0.01）、胃动素（SMD=1.53，95%CI 0.99～2.06，P＜0.01）水平明显升高，术后胃肠功能恢复时间明显缩短（MD=-4.53 d，95%CI -6.51～-2.55 d，P＜0.01）。
结论：针刺可提高术后胃瘫综合征治疗总有效率，升高术后胃泌素、胃动素水平，促进术后胃动力恢复。

Objective: To systematically review the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome.
Methods: Computer searches were conducted on PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and Chinese biomedical literature database. The randomized controlled trial (RCT) on postoperative gastroparesis syndrome after acupuncture treatment was included. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to May 2023. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.
Results: Fifteen RCTs involving 1 072 patients were included, 545 patients in the acupuncture group and 527 patients in the control group. Compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment in the acupuncture group was significantly increased (RR = 1.08, 95% CI 1.09 to 1.27, P < 0.01), the levels of gastrin (SMD = 1.86, 95% CI 1.40 to 2.32, P < 0.01) and motilin (SMD = 1.53, 95% CI 0.99 to 2.06, P < 0.01) after operation were significantly increased, the recovery time of postoperative gastrointestinal function was significantly shortened (MD = -4.53 d, 95% CI -6.51 to -2.55 d, P < 0.01).
Conclusion: Acupuncture can improve the effective rate of PGS treatment, increase the levels of Gastrin and motilin after operation, and promote the recovery of gastric motility after operation.
