      近年来,筋膜平面阻滞技术为脊柱手术多模式镇痛策略做出了巨大贡献。与传统椎管内麻醉比较,筋膜平面阻滞具有操作简单、安全、镇痛效果好、对术中神经监测和术后早期检查无干扰的优点。本文对腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)、胸腰筋膜平面阻滞(TLIPB)、竖脊肌平面阻滞(ESPB)、胸膜横突中间点阻滞(MTPB)、多裂肌平面阻滞(MPB)以及半棘肌间平面阻滞(ISPB)等脊柱手术中常用的筋膜平面阻滞的临床应用进展进行综述,旨在为脊柱手术的多模式镇痛方案提供参考。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the rapid development of fascia plane block technique has played a crucial role in the development of multi-modal analgesic strategies in spinal surgery. Compared with traditional intraspinal anesthesia, fascia plane block has the advantages of simple operation, safety, good analgesic effect, no interference to intraoperative nerve monitoring and early postoperative inspection. In this artical, we reviewed the clinical application advances of fascia plane blocks commonly used in spinal surgery, such as transversal abdominis plane block (TAPB), thoracolumbar interfascial plane block (TLIPB), erector spinae plane block (ESPB), mid-point transverse process to pleura block (MTPB), multifidus plane block (MPB), and inter semispinal plane block (ISPB), in order to provide reference for multi-mode analgesia in spinal surgery.
