目的 探讨疼痛虚拟病房（VPU）成立前后对患者术后镇痛质量的影响。
方法 选择2020年在急性疼痛管理小组(APS)模式下和2021年在VPU模式下进行术后疼痛管理的手术患者21 281例，男7 726例，女13 555例，年龄≥18岁，ASA Ⅰ—Ⅳ级，术后使用患者自控镇痛(PCA)。根据使用的管理模式不同分为两组：APS组（n=10 494）和VPU组（n=10 787）。收集患者围术期资料,记录一般情况、手术时间、手术类型、术后疼痛发生情况、术后恶心呕吐、头晕的发生情况，计算术后中至重度疼痛年平均发生率和不同科室全年术后中至重度疼痛平均发生率。
结果 与APS组比较，VPU组术后中至重度疼痛、恶心呕吐、头晕年平均发生率和不同科室术后中至重度疼痛年平均发生率均明显降低（P＜0.05）。
结论 与APS模式比较，VPU模式可降低患者术后中至重度疼痛和不良反应的发生率。

Objective To explore effect of postoperative analgesia for patients before and after the establishment of the virtual pain unit (VPU).
Methods A total of 21 281 patients undergoing postoperative pain management in the acute pain service (APS) model in 2020 and in the VPU model in 2021, 7 726 males and 13 555 females, aged ≥ 18 years, ASA physical status Ⅰ-Ⅳ, and patient controlled analgesia (PCA) used in the postoperative period were selected. Patients were divided into two groups according to different management modes: APS group (n = 10 494) and VPU group (n = 10 787). Perioperative data including general condition, time and types of surgery, incidence of postoperative pain, incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, and dizziness were recorded. The average annual incidence of postoperative moderate to severe pain and postoperative moderate to severe pain in different department were calculated.
Results Compared with APS group, the average annual incidence of postoperative moderate to severe pain, nausea and vomiting, postoperative dizziness and postoperative moderate to severe pain in different departments were significantly decreased in VPU group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Compared with APS model, VPU model can reduce the incidence of moderate to severe postoperative pain and adverse reactions.
