| 随着微创技术的发展和现代生活日益增长的需求，关节镜因其创伤小、恢复快在手术中应用日趋广泛，其中肩关节镜手术发展日渐成熟，在肩关节疾病治疗中占有重要地位。因为手术部位的特殊性，在肩关节镜操作过程中往往采用特殊的手术体位，导致患者脑氧饱和度降低，其围术期管理具有不同于一般手术的特点，如何更好地进行围术期管理是麻醉科医师不断追求的目标。本文将介绍肩关节镜手术沙滩椅位患者术中脑氧饱和度问题，为减少围术期并发症的发生，加速患者康复提供新的思路和视角。 |

| With the development of minimally invasive technology and the increasing demand of modern life, arthroscopy has been widely used in surgery thanks to its small trauma and quick recovery, among which the development of shoulder arthroscopic surgery is becoming more and more mature, and plays an important role in the treatment of shoulder joint diseases. Because of the particularity of the surgical site, special surgical position is often used in the process of shoulder arthroscopic operation, resulting in the decrease of cerebral oxygen saturation of patients, and its perioperative management is different from that of general surgery. How to better manage perioperative period is the goal that anesthesiologists constantly pursue. This article will introduce the management of intraoperative cerebral oxygen saturation during shoulder arthroscopic surgery to provide new ideas and perspectives for reducing the occurrence of perioperative complications and accelerating the rehabilitation of patients. |
