      硬膜外阻滞是将药物注入硬膜外腔,并扩散浸润到相应神经节段,阻滞背根神经节、相应脊神经或其分支的神经传导通路,达到缓解或治疗疼痛的方法,已广泛用于麻醉以及疼痛的治疗。硬膜外阻滞一般采用触诊定位盲探法、放射引导及超声引导法,在一般人群中,盲探法可获得较高穿刺成功率,但在孕产妇、肥胖患者、老年患者及其他脊柱畸形的特殊患者中,超声引导下硬膜外阻滞技术具有显著优势。本文将围绕超声引导下硬膜外阻滞技术的最新研究展开综述,旨在为临床实践提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Epidural block is a treatment to relieve or treat pain by injecting drugs into the epidural cavity and infiltrating into the corresponding ganglia, which blocks the nerve conduction pathway of the dorsal root ganglia, the corresponding spinal nerve or its branches. The epidural block technique has been widely used in clinical practise. Epidural block is generally performed using a surface landmark-guided technique, fluoroscopic-assisted technique and ultrasound-assisted technique. Surface landmark-guided technique results in a high puncture success rate, but the ultrasound-guided epidural block technique has significant advantages in pregnant women, obese patients, elderly patients, and other special patients with spinal deformity. This article will review the latest research on ultrasound-guided epidural block technology, aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
