脓毒症相关性脑病(SAE)是脓毒症常见的并发症之一,SAE患者常出现精神状态及意识水平改变。由于缺乏特异性的早期诊断方法,SAE患者远期认知功能障碍的发生率高达70%。近年来,多种医学成像技术为早期识别SAE提供了无创的诊断方法,有助于了解SAE的病理生理过程。本文针对SAE的脑电图、经颅多普勒超声、磁共振成像、近红外光成像、正电子发射计算机断层显像的影像学研究进展进行综述,为临床诊断SAE提出新思路。 |

Sepsis associated encephalopathy (SAE) is one of the common complications of sepsis, and patients with SAE have mental disorder and self-conscious confusion. Due to the lack of specific rapid diagnostic methods, patients with SAE have a high mortality and a high incidence of long-term cognitive dysfunction. Recent imaging studies provide some noninvasive diagnostic methods to identify the patients with SAE while contributing to ascertaining the pathophysiological changes of SAE. In this review, we summarize the imaging diagnostic studies of SAE patients by electroencephalograph, transcranial Doppler ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging, near-infrared spectroscopy, and positron emission computed tomography, to propose guidances for the clinical diagnosis of SAE. |
