胎盘是维持妊娠和胎儿生长的重要器官。在已知的哺乳类动物中,人类胎盘滋养层细胞产生的甾体和蛋白质激素在数量和种类上是最多的。椎管内分娩镇痛是目前最主要的分娩镇痛方式。最新研究表明,椎管内分娩镇痛影响胎盘合成分泌功能。胎盘合成分泌功能紊乱可能导致母体发热、胎儿神经炎症、新生儿脑损伤等。本文就椎管内分娩镇痛对胎盘合成分泌功能的影响作一综述,为安全开展椎管内分娩镇痛提供参考。 |

Placenta is an important organ to maintain pregnancy and fetal growth. Human trophoblast cells produce the most steroids and protein hormones both in quantity and species among all known mammals. Neuraxial labor analgesia is the most predominant way of labor analgesia at present. Recent researches show that neuraxial labor analgesia can affect the placental synthesis and secretion function. Dysfunction of placental synthesis and secretion may lead to maternal fever, fetal neuroinflammation, neonatal brain injury and other diseases. This paper reviews the effect of neuraxial labor analgesia on placental synthesis and secretion function, in order to provide evidence for safely carrying out neuraxial labor analgesia. |
