| 外科手术后患者疼痛的发生率较高，不仅延缓术后康复，也降低术后生活质量。近年来，越来越多的研究表明围术期持续静脉输注利多卡因有助于减轻术后疼痛，减少阿片类镇痛药物的使用，并促进术后康复。本文将从静脉输注利多卡因的镇痛机制、减轻术后疼痛的作用以及静脉利多卡因的输注策略等方面进行详细阐述，以期为静脉输注利多卡因在术后镇痛中的应用提供参考。 |

| The incidence of postoperative pain is extremely high, which greatly affects the rapid recovery and quality of life of patients after surgery. Recently, more and more studies have found that continuous intravenous infusion of lidocaine for postoperative analgesia is not only effective, but also reduces the doses of opioid and prompts rapid recovery. This article will focus on the analgesic mechanism of intravenous lidocaine, the effects of intravenous infusion of lidocaine on postoperative pain, and the intravenous infusion strategies of lidocaine, thus provide a strategy for the application of intravenous infusion lidocaine on postoperative analgesia. |
