| 利用胃部超声技术评估胃内容物的性质以及胃液量具有可靠性高、操作简便、学习曲线短等优点。胃排空延迟患者在围术期有着更高的反流误吸风险。目前胃部超声技术多应用于不存在明显胃排空障碍的患者，对于某些存在胃排空延迟危险因素的患者，胃部超声在评估胃内容物性质和量的可行性及可靠性方面仍存在诸多争议。本文就胃部超声技术在一些常见的胃排空延迟患者中的应用现状进行综述，为胃部超声技术的合理使用提供参考。 |

| The use of gastric ultrasound to evaluate the properties of gastric contents and gastric juice volume with the advantages of high reliability, simple operation and short learning curve. Patients with delayed gastric emptying have a higher risk of reflux aspiration during perioperative period. At present, gastric ultrasound technology is mostly used in patients without obvious disturbance of gastric emptying. For some patients with risk factors for delayed gastric emptying, there are still many disputes about the feasibility and reliability of gastric ultrasound in evaluating the nature and quantity of gastric contents. This article reviews the application of gastric ultrasound in some patients commonly seen with delayed gastric emptying, so as to provide reference for the rational use of gastric ultrasound. |
