| 气道管理是临床麻醉工作的重要组成部分，一直是相关学科关注的重点。近年来，新生儿气道装置的选择、困难气道处理现状调查、高流量鼻导管的应用、肺保护、膈肌保护、气道炎症及哮喘机制的相关研究取得一定的进展。此外，针对新型冠状病毒感染患者的气道管理也成为近期研究的热点，包括新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）患者的气道管理方案、肺超声用于评估COVID-19患者循环与呼吸功能的作用、COVID-19与哮喘及过敏性疾病的关系，以及体外膜肺氧合降低急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）患者死亡率等。全文就气道管理的最新进展进行综述，为气道管理工作提供参考。 |

| Airway management has always been the focus in clinical anesthesia practice. In recent years, some progress has been made in the selection of neonatal airway devices, the treatment and investigation of difficult airways, the application of high-flow nasal cannula, lung protection and diaphragm protection, and the mechanisms of airway inflammation or asthma by researchers. In addition, the airway management of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection is a hot spot of recent research, including airway management programs for patients with pneumonia, lung ultrasound for evaluating the role of circulatory and respiratory function in patients, the relationship between COVID-19 and asthma and allergic diseases, as well as the progress of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation to reduce the mortality of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). This article reviews the latest developments in airway management and provides references for airway management. |
