      持续和充足的氧气供应对于维持人体各组织健康至关重要,当组织灌注不足时,肌肉组织可能首先出现灌注不足的情况,通过监测肌肉组织的氧合状况可以及时发现全身组织灌注的变化情况。应用近红外光谱(NIRS)技术监测肌肉组织氧饱和度(SmtO2)能够无创、实时、灵敏、连续地反映外周肌肉组织的氧供需平衡情况,在临床上的多个领域都得到了快速发展。全文对SmtO2在神经阻滞、重症监护、高风险手术、目标导向治疗等领域的临床应用作一综述,以期为SmtO2的临床应用和进一步研究提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Continuous and sufficient oxygen supply is essential to maintain the health of various tissues of the human body. When the tissue perfusion is insufficient, the muscle tissue is insufficiently perfused. By monitoring the oxygenation of muscle tissue, changes in tissue perfusion throughout the body can be found in time. Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) monitors muscular tissue oxygen saturation (SmtO2) which non-invasively, sensitively and continuously reflects the real-time oxygen supply-demand balance of peripheral muscle tissue. It has a broad development prospect in monitoring tissue hypoperfusion. This article reviews the clinical applications of SmtO2 in the fields of nerve block, intensive care, high-risk surgery, goal-oriented therapy, to provide references for the clinical application and further research of SmtO2.
