疼痛是一种令人不愉快的感觉和情感体验,严重影响患者的生活质量,造成极大的社会和经济问题。疼痛包括疼痛的感知觉、行为防御反应、情绪反馈及下行调控等。脊髓神经元参与疼痛感知和调控的重要过程,具体包括接收外周疼痛信号的传入,传递疼痛信息上行以及作为疼痛下行调控的效应部位。本文将脊髓神经元参与疼痛相关的上行传导及下行调控环路研究进展作简要综述,探索疼痛发生发展可能的生理和病理机制,为进一步探究脊髓及其上游高级中枢在疼痛的调控中的作用机制提供参考。 |

Pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that seriously affects the quality of life and causes enormous social and economic problems. Pain includes pain perception, behavioral defense response, emotional feedback and descending modulation. Spinal cord neurons take an important part in pain perception and regulation, including the afference of peripheral pain signals, the ascending transmission and the descending regulation. By reviewing and generalizing the research progress of the pain related pathway between spinal cord neurons and other higher central nucleus, one can conclude and speculate the possible physiological and pathological mechanisms of pain occurrence and development. We try providing research directions for further exploring the mechanism between the spinal cord and higher central system in pain regulation. |
