      急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是临床常见危重症,病死率高达40%左右,目前尚缺乏有效的防治措施。铁代谢可参与调控巨噬细胞极化并在多种疾病中发挥重要作用。铁是人体必需的一种微量元素,其在维持细胞正常生理功能中发挥重要作用,然而铁超载可引发细胞氧化损伤,影响巨噬细胞极化过程。肺泡巨噬细胞极化失衡在ARDS发生、发展及修复过程中扮演着重要角色,探究巨噬细胞极化的具体机制、研发调控巨噬细胞极化的有效方法可为ARDS的临床防治提供新策略。
英文摘要:
      Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common and critical clinical disease, with a fatality rate of more than 40% and lack of effective prevention and treatment strategies. Iron metabolism is involved in the regulation of macrophage polarization and plays an important role in many diseases. Iron is an essential trace element that plays an important role in maintaining normal cell physiological functions, but iron overload may trigger oxidative damage to cells and affect macrophage polarization process. The imbalance of alveolar macrophage polarization plays an important role in the occurrence, development and repair of ARDS. Investigating the specific mechanism of macrophage polarization and developing effective methods to regulate macrophage polarization can provide new strategies for the clinical prevention and treatment of ARDS.
