      睡眠是支持学习和记忆等认知功能的重要过程,其中突触功能的调控可能扮演着“开关”角色。睡眠剥夺通过多种途径和机制影响学习记忆功能,其中Homer1a驱动突触稳态的“缩小”调节成为研究的热点。本文围绕睡眠剥夺中Homer1a的表达、Homer1a-mGluR1/5信号途径的作用以及对学习记忆的影响和机制进行阐述,为睡眠剥夺与学习记忆的研究提供一个新思路。

      Sleep is an important process to support cognitive functions such as learning and memory, in which synaptic function regulation may play a “switch” role. Sleep deprivation affects learning and memory function through a variety of pathways and mechanisms, among which Homer1a driving “scaling-down” of synaptic homeostasis has become a hot topic.This review focuses on the expression of Homer1a in sleep deprivation, the role of Homer1a-mGluR1/5 signaling pathway and the influence and mechanism of homer1a on learning and memory, which provides a new idea for the association of sleep deprivation with learning and memory.
