      脑电信号是脑神经细胞在大脑皮层或头皮表面的总体反映,随着脑电信号监测技术的应用和发展,麻醉过程中进行脑电信号监测可以提示麻醉药物的作用情况,因此麻醉药物对脑电信号的影响是麻醉监测的一个重要研究主题。全身麻醉药物包括静脉麻醉药物和吸入麻醉药物,这些麻醉药物通过可逆性地抑制中枢神经系统,对大脑状态产生影响,最终产生不同程度的镇静作用。在麻醉药物的使用过程中,大脑会呈现出慢频率和大振幅的特点,但不同药物的频谱却各有差异。本文根据现有文献,对不同麻醉药物作用下脑电信号的影响进行综述,为今后的基础和临床研究提供理论基础和新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Electroencephalogram (EEG) signal are the overall reflection of brain nerve cells on the cerebral cortex or scalp surface. With the application and development of EEG monitoring technology, EEG monitoring during anesthesia can indicate the effects of anesthetics. Therefore, the influence of anesthetics on EEG signals is an important research topic in anesthesia monitoring. General anesthetics include intravenous and inhaled anesthetics, which affect the state of the brain by reversibly inhibiting the central nervous system, eventually producing varying degrees of sedation. In the use ofanesthetics, the brain exhibits slow frequencies and large amplitudes, but the spectrum varies from drug to drug. Based on the existing literature, this paper reviewed the effects of different anesthetic drugs on EEG signals, providing theoretical basis and new ideas for future basic medicine and clinical research.
