| 随着社会人口老龄化的加剧及手术量日益增加，麻醉科医师的工作负荷不断加大，因疲劳工作导致发生人为错误的风险增加。人工智能的出现不仅可以协助麻醉科医师进行部分临床工作，提高麻醉科医师的工作效率，优化围术期的麻醉管理，还可以构建大型数据库、智能化教学等，为麻醉学科的发展带来了新的机遇。但是，人工智能在麻醉学科的应用也伴随着风险与挑战：数据收集、隐私保护、机器学习模型的透明化等。本文就人工智能在麻醉学科的前景与挑战进行综述，为人工智能的相关研究提供参考。 |

| With the aging of the social population and the increasing amount of surgery, the workload of anesthesiologists is increasing, so that the risk of human error caused by fatigue increases. The emergence of artificial intelligence can not only assist anesthesiologists to carry out part of their clinical work, improve their work efficiency, optimize perioperative anesthesia management, but also build a large database and intelligent teaching, which brings new opportunities and possibilities for the development of anesthesiology. However, the application of artificial intelligence in anesthesiology is also accompanied by new risks and challenges: data collection, privacy protection, transparency of machine learning model and so on. This paper summarizes the prospects and challenges of artificial intelligence in anesthesiology to provide reference for the related research of artificial intelligence. |
