目的 调查2017—2019年辽宁省麻醉学领域可视化技术应用于气道管理的现状,为促进可视化技术的发展提供参考。
方法 采用自主设计调查问卷对辽宁省内全部92家三级医院进行问卷调查,调查内容包括2017—2019年麻醉学领域气道管理相关可视化技术的应用情况、医院基本状况及麻醉可视化技术相关内容。
结果 本次调查发放并收回有效问卷276份,其中三级甲等医院69家(207份问卷),三级乙等医院16家(48份问卷),三级丙等医院7家(21份问卷)。82家(89%)医院将可视化技术用于气道管理。50家(61%)医院将可视化技术用于处理困难气道,32家(39%)医院将可视化技术应用于处理非困难气道。2017—2019年分别有20、22、23家(24%、27%、28%)医院将纤维光导喉镜作为最常用的可视化设备,分别有37、39、40家(45%、48%、49%)医院将纤维支气管镜作为最常用的可视化设备。2017—2019年将可视化技术应用于气道管理的82家医院,仅有1家(1%)拥有>2项发明与转化,7家(9%)医院获得>2项论文交流,2家(2.4%)医院获得>2项课题基金,3家(4%)医院获得>2项奖项荣誉。
结论 2017—2019年辽宁省三级医院麻醉可视化技术于气道管理的应用整体呈上升趋势,普及率逐年提高,但其应用质量及相关科研转化仍需进一步提高。

Objective To investigate the situation of anesthesia visualization technology for airway management in Liaoning Province from 2017 to 2019.
Methods Ninety-two tertiary hospitals of Liaoning province were selected. The application of anesthesiology visualization technology for airway management from 2017 to 2019 was investigated with designed questionnaire contenting general situation of the hospitals, the application of anesthesiology visualization technology for airway management.
Results A total of 276 valid questionnaires were collected from all the 92 tertiary hospitals in Liaoning province, of which there are 69 tertiary A hospitals (with 207 questionnaires), 16 tertiary B hospitals (48 questionnaires), and 7 tertiary C hospitals (21 questionnaires). Eighty-two selected hospitals (89%) carried out the application of anesthesia visualization technology for airway management. Visual airway tools were adopted in treating difficult airways in 50 hospitals (61%). From 2017 to 2019, 20, 22, and 23 hospitals (24%, 27%, and 28%) used fiber optic laryngoscope as the most commonly used visualization equipment respectively, while 37, 39, and 40 hospitals (45%, 48%, and 49%) used fiber optic bronchoscope as the most commonly used visualization equipment respectively. From 2017 to 2019, visualization technology were applied to 82 hospitals with airway management, only one hospital (1%) owned more than 2 inventions and transformations, 7 hospitals (9%) received more than 2 article exchanges, 2 hospitals (2.4%) received more than 2 project funds, and 3 hospitals (4%) received more than 2 awards.
Conclusion The application and the popularity rate of anesthesia visualization technology for airway management in Liaoning province has shown an upward trend from 2017 to 2019. The scientific research about visualization technology need to be given more attention and improved urgently.
