| 阿尔茨海默病是一种进行性神经退行性疾病，其特征是β-淀粉样蛋白沉积形成斑块以及神经元内过度磷酸化的tau蛋白累积形成神经原纤维缠结。随着预期寿命的延长，越来越多人受其影响。阿尔茨海默病患者因其术前治疗用药以及认知功能脆弱，围术期应加强术前评估，重视术中监测与麻醉用药，防治麻醉相关并发症，以避免加重认知功能障碍。本文就阿尔茨海默病患者围术期麻醉管理进展作一综述。 |

| Alzheimer's disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by two primary neuropathological hallmarks: extracellular amyloid plaques caused by β-amyloid aggregation and intracellular neurofibrillary tangles formed by hyperphosphorylated tau protein. With increasing life expectancy, a growing population is affected by this condition. For Alzheimer's patients, their preoperative medication regimens and vulnerable cognitive functions necessitate enhanced perioperative management, including thorough preoperative assessment, vigilant intraoperative monitoring, careful anesthetic administration, and prevention of anesthesia-related complications, to avoid exacerbating cognitive dysfunction. This article reviews recent advances in perioperative anesthetic management for Alzheimer's patients. |
