| 红外热成像(ITI)技术通过捕捉人体表面热辐射分布,以无创的可视化温度成像的方式反映局部血流、代谢及神经活动变化,在麻醉学领域的应用日益增多。ITI能够通过检测体表温度变化反映交感神经阻滞程度、预测核心体温波动,并辅助评估神经阻滞效果。然而,环境干扰、设备标准化及样本量限制仍是当前挑战。未来,结合人工智能与多模态成像技术可进一步提升ITI在麻醉及围术期管理的临床应用价值。本综述梳理近年研究成果,总结ITI在神经阻滞效果评估、围术期体温管理及疼痛管理中的应用价值。 |

| Infrared thermal imaging (ITI) technology captures the thermal radiation distribution on the human body surface and reflects changes in regional blood flow, metabolism, and neural activity through noninvasive visualized temperature mapping. Its application in the field of anesthesiology has been increasing steadily. ITI can reflect the degree of sympathetic nerve block, predict fluctuations in core temperature, and assist in evaluating the efficacy of nerve blocks by detecting changes in body surface temperature. However, challenges remain, including environmental interference, lack of standardized equipment, and limited sample sizes. In the future, the combination of artificial intelligence and multimodal imaging may further enhance the clinical value of ITI in anesthesia and perioperative management. This review summarizes recent research advances and the applications of ITI in evaluating nerve block efficacy, perioperative temperature management, and pain management. |
