      桡动脉穿刺置管术作为危重症患者血流动力学监测和重大手术围术期管理的重要技术手段,在临床麻醉和重症医学领域具有不可替代的价值。超声引导技术通过实时可视化血管结构,改进术前计划,缩短穿刺置管时间,提高首次穿刺成功率,减少并发症。随着人口老龄化加剧,患者基础合并症增多及外科手术的复杂性增加,可能导致超声引导的临床需求增加。然而,该技术仍面临学习曲线、设备依赖等挑战,是值得深入研究的一个课题。本综述系统阐述超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的穿刺置管方法、穿刺置管成功率的影响因素、局部并发症等研究进展,以期为临床实践提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Radial artery catheterization is a critical technique for hemodynamic monitoring in critically ill patients and perioperative management during major surgeries, offering irreplaceable value in clinical anesthesia and critical care medicine. Ultrasound guidance enhances procedural planning through real-time vascular visualization, shortens catheterization time, improves first-attempt success rates, and reduces complications. Given the aging population, increasing comorbidity burden, and growing surgical complexity, clinical demand for ultrasound-guided approaches is expected to rise. Nevertheless, challenges such as the learning curve and equipment dependence remain, warranting further investigation. This review systematically elaborates on the methods of ultrasound-guided radial artery puncture, the influencing factors of puncture and catheterization success rates, and complications associated with the procedure, with the aim of providing reference for clinical practice.
