      无创左心室压力-应变环(nLV-PSL)是一种基于超声心动图技术的新型心肌力学分析方法,通过量化心肌做功(MW)反映心脏收缩与舒张功能。近年来,随着超声技术的进步,nLV-PSL在围术期心脏功能评估中的应用逐渐受到关注。本文结合国内外文献,综述nLV-PSL在心脏手术、非心脏手术及危重症患者围术期的临床应用价值,并探讨其未来发展方向。

      Non-invasive left ventricular pressure-strain loop (nLV-PSL) is a novel myocardial mechanics analysis method based on echocardiography technology, which quantifies myocardial work (MW) to reflect cardiac systolic and diastolic function. In recent years, with advancements in ultrasound technology, the application of non-invasive LV-PSL for perioperative cardiac function assessment has garnered increasing attention. This article comprehensively reviews the clinical value of non-invasive LV-PSL in cardiac surgery, non-cardiac surgery, and critically ill patients during the perioperative period, based on domestic and international literature, and explores its potential future directions.
