| The implantation of the left ventricular assist device (LVAD) is a critical therapeutic intervention for patients with end stage heart failure, and its anesthetic management has a profound impact on the surgical outcomes and prognosis of patients. This article reviews the research progress in the anesthetic management of LVAD surgery in recent years, covering aspects such as preoperative assessment, anesthetic induction and maintenance, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative management, with the aim of providing references for clinical anesthetic practice to optimize anesthetic management strategies and improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients． |
