| 神经病理性疼痛临床常见且病因复杂,尚缺乏疗效确切的治疗药物。微量营养素参与能量代谢、免疫调节、细胞修复等关键生理过程。微量营养素代谢紊乱导致氧化应激、神经炎症、痛觉突触可塑性改变,参与神经病理性疼痛形成。本文通过文献综述剖析微量营养素在疼痛感知与调控中的作用,为其临床治疗提供新思路。 |

| Neuropathic pain is clinically common and has a complex etiology, but there is a lack of efficacious therapeutic drugs. Micronutrients are involved in key physiological processes such as energy metabolism, immunomodulation, and cell repair. Micronutrient metabolism disorders lead to oxidative stress, neuroinflammation, and altered nociceptive synaptic plasticity, which are involved in the formation of neuropathic pain. This paper analyzed the micronutrient roles in pain perception and regulation through a literature review, and summarize them in order to deepen our understanding of their roles in the pathophysiological process of pain, and provide a theoretical basis and strategic guidance for clinical treatment. |
