| 患者术后普遍存在睡眠障碍,右美托咪定常用于改善术后睡眠质量并缓解睡眠障碍对各器官系统的影响。目前,临床中常采用静脉输注、硬膜外给药、经鼻给药、经口腔黏膜给药及雾化吸入等方式给予右美托咪定来改善术后睡眠质量。然而,右美托咪定各种给药方式对改善术后睡眠质量的效果不尽相同,不同给药途径可能通过改变药物代谢动力学影响其对睡眠结构的调节作用。本文就右美托咪定不同给药途径对术后睡眠质量的影响及其作用机制进行综述,为其临床研究和应用提供参考。 |

| Patients frequently experience sleep disturbances after surgery, and dexmedetomidine is commonly used to enhance postoperative sleep quality and mitigate systemic complications associated with poor sleep. The intravenous infusion, epidural administration, intranasal delivery, buccal mucosal administration, and inhalation of dexmedetomidine are often used to improve postoperative sleep quality. However, the sleep-enhancing effects of dexmedetomidine vary significantly across administration routes. The administration route may influence its modulation of sleep architecture through pharmacokinetic alterations. This review will systematically analyze effects of different administration routes of dexmedetomidine on postoperative sleep quality and its mechanisms of action, provide a reference for its clinical research and application. |
