| 围术期神经认知障碍(PND)是常见的手术麻醉后并发症,严重影响患者生活质量和远期预后,增加家庭和社会负担。功能性近红外光谱成像(fNIRS)作为一种无创功能性脑成像技术,通过实时测量大脑皮层血红蛋白浓度变化间接反映脑活动,目前越来越多地用于围术期神经认知功能检测与评价。本文对fNIRS在PND相关研究的应用进展作一综述,以期为PND未来研究提供思路。 |

| Perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) represents a common complication of surgical anesthesia, significantly influencing patients' quality of life and long-term prognosis and imposing an additional burden on families and society. Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS), a non-invasive functional brain imaging technique that measures variations in cerebral cortex hemoglobin concentration to indirectly reflect brain activity in real time, is increasingly employed in the detection and evaluation of perioperative neurocognitive function. This review compiles the research progress of fNIRS in PND-related studies, aiming to provide insights for future research on PND. |
