| 中青年患者衰弱状态可能显著影响术后恢复，导致术后并发症发生率升高、恢复时间及住院时间延长、医疗费用增加等问题。尽管近年来相关研究逐渐增多，但中青年患者衰弱的评估方法及干预措施仍显不足。本综述分析了中青年患者术前衰弱评估方法及风险因素，探讨了中青年患者术前衰弱对术后并发症的影响，并提出了有效的预防和干预策略，以期为临床实践提供参考。 |

| Frailty in young and middle-aged patients may significantly affect postoperative recovery, leading to increased postoperative complication rates, prolonged recovery and hospital stays, and increased medical costs. Although related research has gradually increased in recent years, there is still a lack of adequate assessment methods and intervention measures for frailty in young and middle-aged patients. This review analyzes the preoperative assessment methods and risk factors of frailty in young and middle-aged patients, explores the impact of preoperative frailty on postoperative complications in young and middle-aged patients, and proposes effective prevention and intervention strategies, with the aim of providing guidance for clinical practice. |
