| 脂多糖是评估与研究神经炎症的病理生理机制的重要工具。神经炎症不仅是触发和延续神经退行性疾病的关键病理事件，也是抑郁、焦虑、感染性疾病相关脑病和围术期认知功能障碍的重要致病因素。神经环路异常与认知功能障碍及精神障碍发病机制关系密切，对神经环路的深入研究或将成为探索神经炎症相关认知功能和精神障碍发病机制的研究热点。本综述主要从脑区的神经环路角度出发，总结了脂多糖致认知功能障碍和精神障碍有关的脑区神经环路的功能变化，并对此进行了讨论与展望，从而为神经炎症相关认知功能障碍和精神障碍疾病的有效防治提供新思路。 |

| Lipopolysaccharide serves as a crucial tool for evaluating various parameters associated with the inflammatory process and can be utilized in studies aimed at investigating the pathophysiological mechanisms of neuroinflammation. Neuroinflammatory reactions not only constitute pivotal pathological events triggering and perpetuating neurodegenerative diseases but also represent significant pathogenic factors for depression, anxiety, infectious diseases related encephalopathies, and perioperative neurocognitive disorders. Increasing evidence suggests a close relationship between neuronal circuitry abnormalities and the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders and cognitive impairments, rendering in-depth exploration of neuronal circuits a potential hotspot in the investigation of the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying neuroinflammation-related cognitive dysfunction and psychiatric disorders. In this review, we primarily summarize and discuss alterations in functional neuronal circuits associated with LPS-induced cognitive dysfunction and psychiatric disorders from the perspective of brain region neurocircuitry, thus providing novel insights for the effective prevention and treatment of neuroinflammation-related cognitive dysfunction and psychiatric disorders. |
