      术后谵妄(POD)作为老年患者围术期严重的中枢神经系统并发症,可显著增加患者死亡率、认知功能障碍及社会医疗负担。近年来,脑电监测因其无创性及高时间分辨率,已被拓展应用于围术期全程的POD预测与干预体系构建。本文系统总结了围术期各阶段脑电图(EEG)特征演变规律,揭示其与POD发生的强相关性,探讨了基于脑电信号衍生参数的EEG引导麻醉深度管理对POD发生率的降低效应。本文通过整合围术期脑电监测的最新进展,为构建基于多模态EEG参数的POD预测模型及制定分层干预策略提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Postoperative delirium (POD), as a severe perioperative central nervous system complication in elderly patients, is associated with markedly increased mortality, cognitive impairment, and substantial social and healthcare burdens. In recent years, electroencephalographic monitoring, owing to its noninvasive nature and high temporal resolution, has been increasingly applied throughout the perioperative period for POD prediction and for developing intervention strategies. This article systematically summarizes the dynamic evolution of electroencephalagram (EEG) features across different perioperative stages, delineates their strong association with POD occurrence, and explores the effect of anesthesia depth management guided by EEG parameters on reducing the incidence of postoperative delirium. By integrating the latest evidence from perioperative EEG monitoring, this review provides reference for establishing POD prediction models based on multimodal EEG parameters and formulating stratified intervention strategies.
