目的:采用文献计量学方法分析舒更葡糖钠的研究现状、热点和趋势。
方法:在Web of Science数据库中检索2005年1月至2024年12月的相关文献,利用文献计量学分析工具R语言bibliometrix 包及bibliometrix在线分析平台对发文量、引文频次、研究国家与机构、核心期刊以及高被引文献等进行多维度统计分析。采用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件通过关键词共现分析和突现分析,识别研究热点及动态变化。
结果:纳入了1 665篇文献,主要研究国家为美国、中国和韩国,荷兰、法国、英国与其他国家的合作关联更为紧密。关键词聚类和突现分析显示,舒更葡糖钠用于神经肌肉阻滞的快速逆转及其与新斯的明的比较处于稳定发展阶段。当前的研究热点不仅包括其在不同人群和特定手术类型中的应用,还涵盖了多种临床场景下的使用及其对术后并发症的影响。
结论:舒更葡糖钠作为一种新型逆转药物,在快速逆转神经肌肉阻滞、尤其是麻醉中的应用优势明显,未来研究将继续聚焦其在特殊情境中的扩展应用及对术后并发症的预防与管理。

Objective: This study applies bibliometric methods to analyze research on sugammadex, aiming to reveal the current state, hotspots and development trend in this field.
Methods: Articles published between January 2005 and December 2024 were retrieved from the Web of Science databse. Bibliometric analysis was conducted using the bibliometrix R package and its associated online analysis platform. The basic characteristics of the retrieved literature were analyzed, including annual publication volume, citation frequency, contributing countries and institutions, core journals, and highly cited articles. VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were employed for keyword co-occurrence and burst detection analysis to identify research hotspots and dynamic trends.
Results: A total of 1 665 publications were ultimately included, with the leading countries of research being the United States, China, and South Korea. The Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, and other countries maintain more closely intertwined collaborative links. Keyword clustering and burst analysis indicated that the application of sugammadex for the rapid reversal of neuromuscular blockade, as well as its comparison with neostigmine, has entered a stage of steady development. Current research hotspots not only focus on its use in specific populations and surgical types, but also encompass its application in various clinical scenarios and its impact on postoperative complication risks.
Conclusion: As a novel reversal agent, sugammadex demonstrates clear advantages in the rapid reversal of neuromuscular blockade, particularly in the context of anesthesia. Future research is expected to further explore its expanded use in specific clinical settings and its role in the prevention and management of postoperative complications.
