| Postoperative stroke is one of the common complications of surgery, adversely affecting the recovery of patients' cognitive function, level of consciousness, and mobility, leading to a significant decline in quality of life. Current research indicates that the occurrence of postoperative stroke is associated with multiple factors, including the patient's underlying diseases, type of surgery, and postoperative management. This study reviews relevant literature and the latest research findings to explore effective intervention strategies at various stages, aiming to assist clinicians in implementing appropriate preventive and treatment measures at different stages. This approach helps reduce the incidence of postoperative stroke and improves patients' prognosis and quality of life. |
