| 随着医学飞速发展和人口老龄化加剧，老年患者的手术数量逐年增加，围术期神经认知障碍(PND)作为一种常见的老年患者术后并发症，发生率逐渐升高，但其发病机制尚未完全明确，目前普遍认为手术诱发的外周炎症反应会引起神经炎症，从而导致PND。中医认为PND与气血亏虚、脏腑失调、痰瘀阻滞有关。针对这一机制，研究人员正在寻找能够防治神经炎症的靶点。就西医而言，多采用抗炎、改善脑组织代谢的药物；与此同时，中医药在防治PND方面亦有其独特的优势，多采用中医药制剂、穴位电刺激、针灸等。而中西医结合在防治PND中有广泛应用前景，优势互补。本综述围绕PND中西医综合干预模式进行归纳总结，以期为制定可推广的围术期认知保护策略提供参考。 |

| With the rapid development of medicine and aging, the number of surgeries in elderly patients increases year by year, and the incidence of perioperative neurocognitive disorders (PND) as a common postoperative complication in the elderly is gradually increasing. However, the pathogenesis is not fully defined, and it is generally believed that the inflammatory response induced by surgery will cause neuroinflammation, which may lead to PND. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that PND are related to Qi and blood deficiency, Zang-Fu disorders, and phlegm-asis obstruction. Targeting this mechanism, researchers are looking for targets that can combat neuroinflammation. In Western medicine, the anti-inflammatory drugs and which drugs can improve brain metabolism are being used more often. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese medicin has its unique advantages in preventing and controlling PND, including Chinese medicine, acupoint electrical stimulation, acupuncture and moxibustion and so on. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has broad application prospects in the prevention and treatment of PND, with complementary advantages. This review summarizes and looks forward to the integrated intervention model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with the aim of providing a reference for formulating a widely applicable perioperative cognitive protection strategy. |
